【Skill 4】Understand what the writer's ideas are from expressions such as 考えられる (is thought) and といえる (can be said)
The following expressions indicate the ideas of the writer, not a citation. If these expressions appear, the writer's ideas are indicated before them.
■ 考えられる (is thought）
■ 考える (think）
■ といえる (can be said)
■ と言える (can be said)
Even when a source or an expression of citation such as 指摘した (pointed out) appears before an expression that indicates the ideas of the writer, the former is a citation. In the following sentence 事業承継において前経営者が後継者候補に対してコミュニケーションをとって教育する必要性があること (In business succession it is necessary that the previous manager communicates with and educates the candidates for successor) is a citation from Motwani et al. (2006), and is not included in the writer's ideas.
■ また，Motwani et al．（2006）は事業承継において前経営者が後継者候補に対してコミュニケーションをとって教育する必要性があることを指摘した。これらの調査研究から事業承継後のイノベーションには家族内の後継者候補としっかりとコミュニケーションをとり，後継者候補は会社を承継し経営していくという認識をもつことが有効であると考えられる。
