■ 収支は (balance + [topic marker])
■ 黒字 (surplus)
■ 赤字 (deficit)
The kind of balance appears before 収支は (balance + [topic marker]). Whether the balance is in a surplus or in a deficit appears after 収支は (balance + [topic marker]).
