【Skill 2】Know what the staff are saying about discounts
After asking about the number of people in your party, the staff will ask you the following questions about discounts.
■ They will ask whether you are a member
■ They will ask whether you have a student card
■ They will ask whether you have a discount coupon
■ They will ask you to complete a registration form
If you are a member, you will receive a discount by showing your membership card. There are also some karaoke box establishments where you must become a member to enter.
If you are a student, you will receive a discount by showing your student card.
If you have a discount coupon, you will receive a discount by showing the coupon.
You will be asked to write your name, phone number, age and so on the registration form. When the staff see your age, they may offer a seniors' discount.
