【Skill 5】Understand whether there was a relationship between A and B from particles such as は and と preceding 関係 (relationship).
The following expressions show that there is a correlation between two things.
■ 関係 (relationship)
■ 相関 (correlation)
If は or においては appears before 関係 (relationship) or 相関 (correlation) as below, there is a relationship between what is written before は, etc., and what is written between は, etc., and と.
■ 自己選択型の人的資源管理施策は従業員の職務成果と、正の有意な関係があった。 (There was a positively significant relationship between self-selection type human resources management policies and measures and job performance.)
Furthermore, if は, etc., does not appear before 相関 (correlation) as below, と and の間 (between) or と and には, etc., may appear. There is a relationship between what is written before と and what is written between の間 (between) or には.
■ 職務満足と利他主義との間に相関が見られた。 (A correlation is seen between job satisfaction and altruism.)
